I service Residential and Commercial properties including, Foreclosures, HUDS, Town homes, Duplexes, Multi and Single Family homes, Bank Owned homes, Gas Stations, Warehouses, and Factories. Lawn Mowing

• All lawn mowing services include Mowing, Trimming, and Blowing off hard surfaces.  Prices start at $40 a week or $45 bi-weekly.  Depending on lawn size.  

 

Weed and Fertilizer

• I have partnered with a reputable weed and feed company to take care of your weed and fertilizer needs.  Typical services include 6 applications a year.  This includes pre-emergent, weed control sprays with fert, and includes free spot weed spraying throughout the year.  Please contact me if you have any questions. 

 

Irrigation

• I have partnered with a company to do some of the irrigation services.  Do you need a new system installed?  Do you need repair services?  Fall blowouts?  Spring setups?  Call me and I will let you know if I can do it or I will get you in direct contact with a great local company!

Spring Cleanup

• When things dry up and grass is just starting to grow I can Remove trash, twigs, leaves, and all winter debris from garden beds, landscape, and lawn.

 

Garden Tilling

• Garden Tilling of small or large home gardens.  Prices start at $40.

 

Stump Removal

• Small or large stumps ground.

De-thatching

• De-thatching is done typically during the spring time to remove dead winter kill and thatch buildup to allow water, fertilizer and oxygen to get to the soil to help root growth and promote turf building.  This is also a great time to overseed your lawn when this is done.

 

Over Seeding

• Over Seeding is done with a broadcast spreader over the entire lawn to help fill in the lawn that might be a little thin.  Done typically early spring, or early fall along with dethatching and/or core Aeration.  

 

Mulching

• Either new beds, or existing beds.  Great way to keep that new look.

 

Lawn Repair

• Repair lawns that have pets, plows, and winter kill damage with sod, or seed.

 

Bush/Hedge Trimming

• Brush/Hedge Trimming is done to keep your bushes from growing out of hand.  A nice trimmed bush/hedge adds more curb appeal to the overall look of the yard and home.

 

Core Aeration

• Core Aeration is a mechanical way to help loosen soil and to help water and fertilizer reach the roots of the turf and allows better root growth.  I recommend doing this either in the spring or fall.  

 

Fall Cleanup

• ​Fall Cleanup is done in the fall just before snow fall to remove fallen leaves and to keep your lawn from having problems in the spring.

 

Landscaping

• Other land scape work including skid steer, retaining walls and other land scape work.  Let me know what ideas you got and we can work together.

Small Engine repair/servicing

• I can help with most small engine repair.  I will even come to you.  And if I can't do the repair at your location, I am able to pick up the machine without the hassle of you trying to get it to the repair shop.
